SUMMER 24

With only a couple of quick overnighters this Summer in the Gunks and the Catskills I was able to recharge and really soul search. It's amazing how a little sun, air and sitting by a fire with a cup of joe does for you mind, body and spirit!

What drives us constantly changes at different points in our lives but there are always constants. Cycling, the outdoors, photography, music and the culture connected to these constants in my life allowed me to escape, recharge and reflect along the obstacles I have hit in my life.
